French Toast

Ingredients (4 or 5 Slices)
Cut slices of bread diagonally to make triangles. Mix eggs,cream, 1 Tsp. Vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon into small bowl. Mix well and if it sits for more than a minute remix it.
Use a cast iron skillet if you have one. Heat up on med flame until hot. Cut a small piece of butter into the pan for each use, or toast will stick. Dip bread in mix for at least 10 seconds then put directly onto hot skillet. Cook until golden then flip. Add butter to skillet as needed. Spread cooked toast on a plate and top with butter and a sprinkle of powered sugar. ENJOY!!
If you would like to spruce this up a little, add Kahlua, Baileys or whatever to mixture but leave out the same amount of cream or milk. Also add melted Chocolate if you like....
